Using the Bulk Modify interface, you can modify the Name Servers and Contact Details of your domain names simultaneously.

Instructions for Customers

1. Login to your Control Panel. 1

2. In the Menu, point to Manage Orders -> Bulk Management and then click Bulk Modify.

3. Enter the domain names whose information you wish to modify or you can search the domain names using the Search form provided on the same page.

4. Here you may choose to modify the Contact Details by clicking the Use Another Contact link besides the Contact you want to modify.

   This will open a page listing all the Contacts you have added so far. Details of a particular Contact can be viewed by clicking the View Details link corresponding to that Contact. This will open the Contact Details view.

   Click the Contact Id or Email Address link to select the Contact for your domain name. The Contact can also be selected by clicking the Use This Contact button in the Contact Details view.

   Contact Archival 
   Note

   Unused Contacts (except Default Contacts) that were created more than six months ago are archived. Archived Contacts will not appear in the List of Contacts, would not be searchable and will not be available for selection during bulk domain name modification.

   You can also add a new Contact by clicking the Add New link in the Contacts list page and then submitting the details.

   Accented Character Support and Contact Selection 
   Note

   • The Add Contact form supports the following, except for the Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address fields:

     • Accented characters in case of the following Contact Types:

       • .EU Contact

   • If you chose another Contact for the Registrant, you may choose to use the same Contact as the Technical, Billing and Admininstrative Contacts as well, by selecting the Yes radio button besides Use the Registrant Contact information for Technical, Billing and Admin Contacts.

5. Underneath you will find two options:

   • To only modify the Contact information: Select the Do not Modify Nameserver information radio button.

   • To modify both the Name Server details and Contact information: Select the Change the Nameserver information of all selected domain names to the below nameservers radio button.

     Mention in the boxes below, the Name Servers that you wish to set for all the selected domain names.

6. Click the Submit button.

Instructions for Resellers

1. Login to your Control Panel. 2

2. In the Menu, go to Products -> Domain Registration -> Bulk Management -> Bulk Modify.

3. Enter the domain names whose information you wish to Modify or you can search the domain names using the Search form provided on the same page.

4. Mention the Name Servers that you wish to keep for all the selected domain names and click the Submit button.
